Delivery policy: 

The deadline for posting your order is up to 5 business days after approval of payment.

Be very careful when filling in the delivery address! It is essential that it is registered correctly for the delivery to be carried out successfully. In case of delivery errors caused by incorrect information, a new freight will be calculated and the buyer will have to pay for the second shipment;

Delivery time varies depending on your region. You can consult this information by entering the zip code on the product pages or in the shopping cart;

Deliveries may be delayed if the Correios determines a strike. Some locations have delivery restrictions and the object will be available at the nearest post office to be picked up within 5 consecutive days. If the object is not removed, it will be returned to the sender. A new freight will be calculated and the buyer must pay for the second shipment.

 

Exchange policy:

As provided in the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), the deadline for complaints in the event of apparent defects or easily detected defects is 30 (thirty) business days for non-durable products, counted from the date of receipt of product.

 

You must notify Nelly by email: hello@nellycafes.com.br. Nelly shall provide identical replacement merchandise. It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.

 

Return policy:

You have the right to return any merchandise that does not meet your expectations within 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. TAny withdrawal must be communicated in advance via email: hello@nellycafes.com.br,  informing the following mandatory data: full name, e-mail address, CPF number, purchase order date, purchase order number, invoice number, product description received and, if desired, the reason for withdrawal. 

Nelly will accept merchandise returns only if they are in their original conditions and packaging, as well as accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Payment methods available on the website: 

We use the payment intermediary Pagseguro and Wix Payments to offer a safer purchase for customers. Several credit card flags, Pix or Boleto are accepted.
